The contracting party

Every quote, proposal and invoice is issued by Raymond Charles Mercer t/as Australia Advertising, ABN 63 976 640 863, of Suite 17, 45 Bundock Street, Belgian Gardens QLD 4810, trading under the city brand named on the document.

Quotes and prices

Prices on this website are ex GST and are the standard prices for the service described. A written quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Where a service is quoted from a brief, the written quote is the price. Anything not set out in a quote is outside its scope and is quoted before it starts.

Payment

Monthly services are invoiced monthly and run month to month with a month's notice unless the proposal says otherwise. The maps program runs for three months and then ends. Website builds are 50% to commence and 50% on launch. Radio and television airtime is an upfront flat fee per campaign. Third-party costs such as domain renewals and ad spend above the included credit are paid by the client directly to the supplier.

Accounts and ownership

Advertising accounts, business profiles, domains and hosting accounts are set up in the client's name and remain the client's property. On ending a service we hand over every login. Work we create for a client is the client's on payment of the invoice for it.

What we do not promise

We do not promise a search position, a map position, a number of leads, a cost per lead, ad approval by a platform, or a citation in an AI answer. Those are decided by third parties. We commit to doing the work described, properly, and to reporting what happened.
