Who we are
Raymond Charles Mercer t/as Australia Advertising, ABN 63 976 640 863, of Suite 17, 45 Bundock Street, Belgian Gardens QLD 4810. Australia Advertising, Townsville Advertising, Cairns Advertising, Mackay Advertising and Sunshine Coast Advertising are business names under that ABN. This policy covers this website and the work we do for clients.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form we receive what you type: your name, business, email, phone, location, the service you asked about and your message. The form is handled by Netlify, which stores the submission and emails it to us. When you ring or email us we keep the details you give us so we can reply and do the work. This site sets no advertising cookies and loads nothing from an advertising network. If we add analytics later, this page will say so.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you, to quote and deliver the work you ask for, and to invoice it. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone except the suppliers we need to deliver the work, such as a radio station booking your airtime or the platform hosting your website, and only to the extent the work needs. Client campaign accounts stay in the client's name.
Access, correction and complaints
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, at info@australianadvertisingagency.com.au or (07) 4445 3105, and we will do it within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, tell us first. If we do not resolve it you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
